INCEPTION OF THE SCHOOL
"During one of my visits to Tamarind Farm Prison and Tradegar Park Place of Safety the voice of the Lord spoke to me… "Why are you trying to cure them? Stop them from going inside". That is how the school started, and that is the reason for the school - prevention rather than cure."

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
To fulfill the vision of Team Work Associates and God's mandate for Christian education. Team Work provides quality education at the Nursery, Kindergarten, Preparatory and High School levels. Our goal is spiritual growth, academic mastery and physical, emotional and social development underpinned by a Christ-centred and Bible-based curriculum. We desire to help each child reach his/her full potential in Christ, in order to take his/her place in the wider society as a mature Christian, and a well-rounded and responsible citizen.

ADMINISTRATION
The school started in 1975, and is administered by Team Work Trust, a non-profit organization committed to working with children and youth.

REGISTRATION
Team Work School is registered by the Ministry of Education as an Independent School.

PHILOSOPHY
Team Work School accepts that "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10). Instruction and training are therefore based on scriptural principles with Christian precepts built into the curriculum.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. Birth certificate;
2. Immunization card;
3. Passport-size photograph;
4. Students above Grade 1 must submit a recommendation and a report from the last school;
5. Parents must be committed to the policies and programs of the school, and be active members of the P.T.A.;
6. Students at all levels must be disciplined, serious about school, regular in attendance, and prepared to work diligently and purposefully.
